Policy Agenda 2019
The annual Policy Agenda outlines the WSIB’s policy priorities for the coming year. The main purpose of the Policy Agenda is to identify and provide to stakeholders advance notice of anticipated substantive policy items that may involve consultation. As part of the WSIB’s commitment to open communication and service excellence, the Policy Agenda also includes items that may not involve stakeholder consultation.
The focus for 2019 will be to deliver the Rate Framework Modernization project and complete ongoing projects from the 2018 Policy Agenda, such as the return-to-work policy suite review. As a result, the 2019 Agenda does not identify any new policy projects.
