On October 9, 2015, WDBA received six submissions in response to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) that was posted on MERX on July 20, 2015.

Following rigorous evaluations, the three highest ranking teams were short listed for the project.

The Short-Listed Respondents – Legacy Link Partners, Bridging North America, and CanAm Gateway Partners – will be asked to submit proposals to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Gordie Howe International Bridge project.

With this announcement, the first of two stages in the P3 procurement process, the RFQ stage, is completed. To learn about the P3 Procurement process, please visit www.wdbridge.com/en/procurement.
