Inadequate supervision on the job can expose workers to a variety of hazards and result in injury or death. A competent supervisor keeps a record of daily events on the job as part of their efforts to maintain a safe workplace.
IHSA has developed a Supervisor Log Book (RF008). This hardcover book contains 240 pages of daily logs and health and safety-related resources.
