The American Institute of Steel Construction wants to thank you for your participation as an exhibitor at NASCC: The Steel Conference and the World Steel Bridge Symposium. We are looking forward to another outstanding show!
Click here to download an electronic pass to distribute to your customers, special guests, etc. This pass will allow them complimentary access to The Steel Conference Exhibit Hall either Thursday, March 27 or Friday, March 28. These passes do not include lunch (lunch tickets will be available for purchase on site for $35 each) and are not valid for Wednesday access due to the Welcome Bash (Wednesday exhibit hall passes can be purchased online). It is not recommended that you use these passes for staff members working your exhibit booth, as these passes only allow access to the hall during show hours on Thursday and Friday. Please feel free to email this pass to your customers. You may also print out the pass to distribute hard copies.

Exhibitor Workshops
As in past years, exhibitors are invited to conduct a Product/Service workshop at no additional charge. These workshops are special sessions where exhibitors can share information on the products and services offered by their company with the conference attendees. They will be in 45-minute time slots in the morning and evening outside of the officially scheduled NASCC: The Steel Conference activities. In addition to these 45-minute time slots, there will be limited availability for 60-minute and 90-minute time slots scheduled during The Steel Conference technical sessions. If workshop information is submitted prior to the deadline, January 31, AISC will promote the workshops with session descriptions in the final program. Click here for more information.
Registration
Don’t forget to register for The Steel Conference! Exhibitor registration is handled differently than attendee registration. You should have received an email confirming your password and username to access the exhibitor registration site. If you did not receive the email, or have questions regarding exhibitor registration, please email Maddie Metcalf metcalf@aisc.org. To reduce time spent at the registration desk in Toronto, we encourage you to register your personnel no later than February 21. If you register prior to that date, your badges will arrive in the mail the week of March 10.
Housing
Hotel reservations are filling up quickly! Visit www.aisc.org/nascc and click “Hotel & Travel Information” to make your reservations. Book before March 17 to take advantage of the special conference rates! Remember you receive points in the Exhibitor Points System for booking your rooms in The Steel Conference block.
