Notice of Preliminary Determinations – The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) set Preliminary duties on dumped and subsidized fabricated industrial steel entering Canada
The OEA is pleased to share the news that the CBSA has issued a decision to impose duties concerning certain fabricated industrial steel components originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China (China), the Republic of Korea (Korea), and the Kingdom of Spain (Spain), and made a preliminary determination of subsidizing concerning fabricated industrial steel components from China.
The result is provisional duties will now be payable on the subject goods from China, Korea and Spain that are released from customs on or after January 25, 2017.
