UPDATED CISC letter on Champlain Bridge redevelopment
Dear Members & Associates,
One of the key public infrastructure projects announced by the Canadian government this year is the redevelopment of the Champlain Bridge in Montreal, Quebec. This is a Federal project and the CISC is strongly advocating for the selection of Canadian steel and CISC Fabricators for the project.
As part of our advocacy campaign, the CISC is writing letters to the Canadian government, Federal Opposition parties, as well as the Quebec provincial government.
We have also drafted the attached letters that we would like to request you to send out to the Federal Minister of Transportation, the Honourable Lisa Raitt at your earliest convenience.
